Terms & Conditions

  • We ask for 50% deposit when an order is placed, then the balance is due on the day the work is completed.
  • We honour eastimates for 14 days from the estimate date, they are then re checked.
  • Take up and disposal of existing flooring is an additional cost dependent on the size and time required, this charge is calculated once the job is measured. (free measure and estimate)
  • We have surcharges on bathrooms and en-suites, also halls stairs and landing, this again is calculated at the measure. This depends on the complexity of the work compared to the amount of material required.
